In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on employment", the akimat of Urdzhar district decides: The Yarus limited liability company was involved in this event, and six convicts registered with the probation service No. 1 of Urdzhar district were sent to work.The employment center reported that these citizens will be employed at the new facilities after completing the completion of documents.
The main purpose of the law on probation service, adopted on December 30, 2016, is to improve the social status of persons sentenced to non-custodial sentences, released from correctional institutions, to ensure their rapid adaptation to society, awareness that they are full members of society. One of the factors is the majority of offenses committed by previously convicted citizens, low social status. Therefore, the probation Service, together with local Executive bodies, conducts large-scale work to improve the social status of convicted citizens. Work in this direction will continue in the future.
