PSCs for legal entities to open in East Kazakhstan region

Since may 18, 4 centers will be opened in Ust-Kamenogorsk to serve small and medium-sized businesses, one of them is a special service center for car owners. PSCs for legal entities will also be opened in thirteen district centers. The corresponding decision was made by the East Kazakhstan regional headquarters to ensure the state of emergency.

Documents will be accepted if the queue is reserved in advance by phone number 1414 or via a special service on the portal egov.kz, in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and social distancing.

For high-quality and prompt provision of public services, the branch of the state Corporation "Government for citizens" in the East Kazakhstan region recommends that entrepreneurs have a full set of documents with them, as well as observe the mask regime in the PSC.

In order to comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards, employees of the branch will also work in masks and gloves.

It should be noted that individuals will continue to receive public services online using the portal egov.kz, egovkzbot2.0 mobile app, eGovKzBot2. 0 telegram bot, and social networks Facebook and Vk.

PSCs work schedule for legal entities from MON-FRI from 9.00 to 17.00 h, SAT-9.00 to 14.00.
