A quarterly report on the volume of services provided (2-services) is submitted before the 25th day (inclusive) after the reporting period.Represents legal entities and (or) their structural and separate divisions with more than 100 employees, as well as legal entities included in the sample with up to 100 employees, the main type of economic activity of which belongs to the General Classifier of Economic Activities codes 58-60, 62, 63, 64.20.0, 68-75, 77, 78, 80-82, 90-93, 95, 96. If the respondent has no activity during the reporting period, the respondent has the right, no later than the end date of the reporting period, to provide, instead of a statistical form, a notice of absence of activity indicating the reasons for the absence of activity and the period within which this activity will not be carried out in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Rules for the submission of primary statistical data by respondents, approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics dated July 9, 2010 No. 173, registered in the Register of State Registration of Legal Entities No. 6459. This statistical form can be submitted on paper or electronically. Filling out the statistical form in electronic form is carried out using the IS “Data collection in on-line mode”, located on the Internet resource of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (www.stat.gov.kz). Submission of unreliable and failure to submit primary statistical data to the relevant state statistics bodies within the prescribed period are administrative offenses provided for in Article 497 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offences”.
