About completed construction work and commissioning of facilities in the Urjar region In January-March 2024 551 million 549 thousand tenge were allocated for housing construction, which increased by 109.8% compared to the same periods, that is, in January-March 2023.In January-March 2024, 3067 m2 of total area of residential buildings was put into operation.Average actual costs for construction of 1 sq.m. the total area of residential buildings in January-March 2024 amounted to 179.8 thousand tenge and in residential buildings built by individual developers 551 million 549 thousand tenge.
