In accordance with subparagraph 4) of paragraph 2 of article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on legal acts" dated April 06, 2016, the akimat of the Urdzhar district DECIDES:
- Recognize as invalid the resolution of the akimat of the Urdzhar district of 19.07.2018 No. 393 "on approval of the zoning coefficient that takes into account the location of the tax object in the localities of the Urdzhar district"(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under the number 5-18-161, published in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form on September 04, 2018).
