On invalidation of the decision of the Urdzhar District Maslikhat No. 57-747/VI dated December 22, 2020 "On providing social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements of Urdzhar district for 2021"

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Urdzhar District Maslikhat DECIDED:
