KNOW THE SAFETY MEASURES ON THE WATER!

Summer is a great time to relax. And to have a good rest by the water for yourself and your health, you need to learn how to communicate with water, be able to swim, know and follow the rules of behavior on the water.
It is necessary to swim in specially equipped places: beaches, pools, baths; be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules of internal regulations of places for swimming. In hikes, you should choose a place for swimming where there is clear water, a flat sandy or gravel bottom, a small depth (up to 2 m), there is no strong current (up to 0.5 m/s). It is recommended to start swimming in Sunny, windless weather at a water temperature of 17-190C, air temperature of 20-250C. You should stay in the water for 10-15 minutes, before swimming, you must first wipe the body with water.
Remember:
Do not swim in swampy areas and where there is seaweed or mud;
You can not dive in unfamiliar places - at the bottom there may be submerged logs, rocks, snags;
You can not swim in stormy weather or in areas of strong surf;
Do not cling to boats, climb out on signs of navigation equipment (buoys, buoys, etc.);
You can not swim up to passing vessels, swim behind buoys that restrict the swim zone, and swim out on the fairway;
If you are in the water on a strong current, do not try to swim towards it, you will not be able to cope with it; in this case, you need to swim with the current, but so that you gradually approach the shore;
If you are caught in a whirlpool, do not be afraid, take a lot of air, dive and try to turn sharply away from it;
If you have cramped muscles, lie on your back and swim to the shore, try to RUB the cramped muscles;
Feel free to call for help;
You can't give false alarms.

For bathing children during hikes, walks and excursions, choose a shallow place on a pond with a flat bottom without piles, snags, sharp stones, glass, algae and silt. Examination of the bathing area is carried out by adults who can swim and dive well. Bathing children should be supervised by adults.

The ability to swim is a way of self-preservation on the water.
The ability to swim well is a guarantee against accidents on the water.
