On September 21, 2021, the Department of entrepreneurship held a field meeting with the heads of trade markets located in the central part of the city: "SMOKK", "Akshyn", "Mereke", "Nauryz", "Altol", "Zhansaya" trading house on the issue of sanitary cleaning and landscaping of the adjacent territory.
Recommendation work was carried out to prevent the placement of small retail objects, spontaneous trade within the boundaries of fixed territories and the provision of trading places on the territory of markets of this category of traders.
The managers were warned about administrative responsibility under Article 505 "Violation of the rules of improvement of the territories of cities and settlements, as well as destruction of infrastructure facilities, destruction and damage to green spaces of the city and settlements" of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses".
