About the beginning of compulsory alienation of land plots for state needs
In accordance with subparagraph 2) of article 18, subparagraph 4) of paragraph 2 of article 84 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003,
Chapter 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011
"On state property", the mayor's office of the city DECIDES:
1. In connection with repair (reconstruction) of streets K. Bottaeva,
Sh. Karzhaubayuly and A. kunanbayeva and withdrawal of land plots for state needs, to begin compulsory alienation of land plots, according to the Appendix.
2. set the date of compulsory alienation as December 31, 2020.
3. Place the treatment of non-state land user for the implementation of conciliation procedures to determine the se "Department of land relations of the city of Semey EKR", located at:
St. K. Mukhamedkhanova, 8, KAB. 242.
4. To publish this resolution in mass media within three working days after adoption.
5. Control over the implementation of the decree of the mayor's office should be assigned to the Deputy mayor of the city of Adilbayev K. S.
