In accordance with paragraph 2-3 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstanot January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 21, 2013 No. 504 "on approval of Standard rules for providing social assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens", the maslikhat of Semey city DECIDED:
1. To make the decision makihatayama Families number 52/379–VI of 29апреля 2020 "On approval of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens" (published in Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form 2 April 2020) with the following change:
the Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens, approved by the specified decision:
paragraph 12 to read as follows:
"Social assistance to persons (families) in difficult situations is provided once a year. Children under 18 years of age with a diagnosis of "human immunodeficiency virus" (HIV), social assistance is shown monthly without taking into account the family income in the amount of 23,519 monthly calculated indicators according to the lists provided By the center for AIDS prevention and control in Semey.
Persons(families) who are in a difficult life situation, including victims of a natural disaster or fire, must submit an application within three months from the date of the event."
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
