About establishing borders (traits)
localities of Semey city
In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 108 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 and subparagraph 4) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Semey city akimat DECIDED and the Semey city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Set the boundaries (features) of localities in Semey:
1) the villages of Algabas of Algabas rural district, with a total area of
22,853. 1 ha, according to Annex 1;
2) abraly villages of Abralinsky rural district, with a total area of
13,511. 5 ha, according to Annex 2;
3) Kainar village of Karaolensky rural district, with a total area of
23,017,27 ha, according to Annex 3.
2. the State institution "Department of land relations of Semey city of East Kazakhstan region" (K. M. Seilkhanov) make the necessary changes to the land accounting documentation.
3. Control over the implementation of this joint resolution of the Semey city akimat and the decision of the Semey city maslikhat shall be assigned to the Deputy akim in charge of the formation and execution of the budget, credit and customs policy, banking institutions, land relations, agriculture, industry, entrepreneurship, communications, trade, labor and environmental inspection, and to the head of the Semey city maslikhat apparatus.
4. This joint resolution of The Semey city akimat and the decision of the Semey city maslikhat shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the justice authorities and enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
