1. State institution "akim of Semey city East Kazakhstan region" (further – akim) is the government body that ensures the activities of the local Executive body and akim of the city in the information – analytical, organizational – legal and material – technical sphere.
2. the office of the mayor shall carry out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulations in accordance with the current legislation, as well as this Regulation.
