In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self
-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50-1 of the Rules of Internal Trade approved by the order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 11148), Akimat of Semey DECIDES:
To determine and approve the locations of non-stationary retail facilities in the city of Semey, according to the annex to this resolution.
To invalidate the resolution of the Akimat of Semey city dated June 1, 2020 No. 722 "On determining places for outbound trade in Semey city" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 7149).
The State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of Semey City of East Kazakhstan region" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the city of Semey after its official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Semey.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
