The Territorial Election Commission of the city of Semey, in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, paragraph 2 of Article 44, Article 45, Article 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on the protocols of precinct election commissions on the results of the election of Akim of Novobazhenovsky rural district of Semey, established the election results:

The list of voters in the Novobazhenovsky electoral district includes 1,415 voters, of which 964 voters voted.
Elected akim of Novobazhenovsky rural district – Karibzhanov Darkhan Muratovich, born in 1984, chief specialist of the State Institution "Apparatus of akim of the Riverine rural district of Semey", lives in Semey, nominated by the political party "AMANAT".
The Territorial Election Commission of the city of Semey, in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by a decision dated April 24, 2022, registered Darkhan Muratovich Karibzhanov as the elected akim of the Novobazhenovsky rural district of Semey.
