On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat of the city of Semey dated October 29, 2021 No. 17/112-VII "On approval of the Rules and the amount of social support for the payment of utilities and the purchase of fuel at the expense of budgetary funds to specialists of state organizations of health, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural settlements cities of Families"
In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 5 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State regulation of the development of agro-industrial complex and rural areas" maslikhat of Semey DECIDED:
1. Paragraph 5 should be worded as follows:
Social support is provided once a year at the expense of budgetary funds in the amount of 11,091 monthly calculation indices.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
