On October 25, 2019, the front office of the Akimat of Semey city began operating, which is located in the building of the akimat of the city at 8 K. Mukhamedkhanov Street.
The front office operates on the principle of one window, which implies that citizens receive consultations on issues of interest, receive public services provided by local executive bodies on the principle of one window, as well as the opportunity to leave an appeal, which is subsequently sent to the relevant department of the Akimat for consideration by competence. Working hours on working days from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.
Specialists from the departments of land relations, architecture and Urban Planning, employment, social programs and RAGS, housing and communal services and housing inspection work in the front office.
During the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, only 19627 people visited the front office. Of these, 13227 people received a consultation, 6374 people applied for a public service, 26 people left an appeal.
Monitoring of the work of the front office showed that most of all citizens apply for services on land issues.
At the same time, according to the approved schedule, the heads of independent departments carry out a personal reception of citizens in an equipped office located in the front office. For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, 38 people were accepted.
The activities of the front office are aimed at increasing the level of confidence of the residents of the region in the authorities by improving the quality of public services and reducing the distance between the state and society. Work in this direction will continue actively.
