About the approval of the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object for 2022
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", the maslikhat of Semey DECIDED:
1. To approve the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object for 2022 in the amount of 35 tenge per square meter.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
