In accordance with subparagraph 4) of paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 16 March 2020 № 286 "On measures to ensure socio-economic stability" and the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, given at the meeting of the State Commission on ensuring the regime of a state of emergency under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23 March 2020, I ORDER:
1. To approve enclosed Rules of cost recovery to the utility providers at time of emergency.
2. the Committee for construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the Vice-Minister of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order is put into effect from the date of its first official publication, apply to legal relations that have arisen since the introduction of the state of emergency and are valid until its cancellation.
