In accordance with paragraph 2-3 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", ostanavlivaetsja of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 21, 2013 № 504"On approval of the Standard rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens", maslikhat of the city DECIDED:
1. To make the decision of maslikhat of the city of Semey No. 28/150-V dated March 31, 2014 "On approval of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts on 25 April 2014 No. 3267, published in the newspaper "Semey tany" and "Lead Families" of 7 may 2014 No. 35-36) the following changes:
The rules for providing social assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens approved by the decision of the maslikhat should be set out in the following wording in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
2. Cancel the decision of the Semey city maslikhat of January 18, 2019 No. 34/228-VI "on amendments to the decision of the Semey city maslikhat of March 31, 2014 No. 28/150-V" on approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need", of may 29, 2019 No. 38/264 – VI "About modification and additions in the decision of maslikhat of the city of Semey of March 31, 2014, no. 28/150-V "On approval of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens", dated November 22, 2019 No. 45/296 – VI "About modification and additions in the decision of maslikhat of the city of Semey of March 31, 2014, no. 28/150-V "On approval of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens".
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
