About establishment of borders (lines) of settlements of the city of Semey
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 108 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 4) paragraph 1 of Article 6 and paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Semey city DECIDES and the maslikhat of Semey city DECIDED:
1. To establish the boundaries (lines) of settlements of Semey city:
1) Akbulak village of Akbulak rural district, with a total area of 31733.7068 hectares, according to Appendix 1;
2) the village of Bulak Novobazhenovsky rural district, with a total area of 7052.2729 hectares, according to Appendix 2;
3) the village of Karakol of the Ozersk rural district, with a total area of 7046,908 hectares, according to Appendix 3.
2. The State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the city of Semey of the East Kazakhstan region", in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall provide:
1) state registration of this joint resolution of the Akimat of Semey city and the decision of the maslikhat of Semey city in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint resolution of the akimat of Semey city and the decision of the maslikhat of Semey city on the Internet resources of the akimat of Semey city and the maslikhat of Semey city after its official publication.
3. Control over the execution of this joint resolution of the akimat of Semey city and the decision of the maslikhat of Semey city shall be entrusted to the deputy akim of Semey city Zhorgekbayev Darkhan Shompaevich and to the secretary of the maslikhat of Semey city Akzhalov Beysenbek Toktarbekovich.
4. This joint resolution of the Akimat of Semey city and the decision of the maslikhat of Semey city is put into effect from the date of its first official publication.
