Information on the state service "Provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements"
Within the framework of the project "With a Diploma to the village! in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18, 2009 No. 183 "On determining the size of the provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements" for specialists who arrived to work and live in rural settlements, social support measures are provided in the form of:
- payments of lifting allowance in the amount equal to a hundredfold of the monthly calculation index (in 2022 – 306,300 tenge);
- issuance of a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing in an amount not exceeding one thousand five hundred times the monthly calculation index (for 2022 - no more than 4,594,500 tenge).
The budget loan is granted for a period of up to fifteen years, with an interest rate of 0.01% per annum.
According to the Rules approved by Order No. 72 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014, applicants for social support measures submit documents through a State Corporation or in electronic format through the e-government web portal.
Specialists, when receiving social support measures, undertake obligations:
- work for at least three years in an organization located in a rural locality;
- quarterly provide a certificate from the place of work to the working body;
- to ensure the full return of budget funds received as social support measures in case of non-fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement.
