On the invalidation of some
resolutions of the Akimat of Semey
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "ON Legal Acts", the Akimat of Semey DECIDES:
1. To recognize as invalid the following resolutions of the Akimat of Semey:
dated January 18, 2017 No. 87 "On the establishment of a quota of jobs for the disabled" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4883);
on July 4, 2019 No. 1170 "About modification of the resolution of the akimat of Semey from 18 January 2017, № 87 "On the establishment of quotas of workplaces for invalids" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6057).
2. State institution "Department of employment, social programs and registration of acts of civil status of the city of Semey East Kazakhstan region" in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Semey after its official publication.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Semey of the East Kazakhstan region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
