In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On
Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic
Kazakhstan", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "ON Legal Acts", Akimat
of Semey DECIDES:
1. To invalidate the resolution of the Akimat of Semey city dated
March 18, 2019 No. 450 "On the definition of a single organizer of centralized
public procurement" (registered in the Register of State
Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5823).
2. To the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Semey City Vostochno -
Kazakhstan region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic
Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in
Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat
of the city of Semey after the official publication.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the
deputy akim of Semey Zhorgekbayev Darkhan Shompaevich.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first
official publication.
