On May 19, 2024, the elections of the akim of the Medeu rural district were held.
 
By the decision of the Abai district Territorial Election Commission in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, paragraph 2 of Article 44, Article 45, Article 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated May 20, 2024, Yerkebulan Kenesbekovich was elected akim of the Medeu rural district of the Abai district.
 
Today, the akim of the district, Meirzhan Serikbosynovich, specially visited the Medeu rural district with the chairman of the maslikhat, Maksat Nursultan, acquainted the newly elected akim with the staff and put him at the duty station.
 
Representatives of the rural intelligentsia, villagers expressed their best wishes and wished success in their activities!
