In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts," the Kurchatov City Maslikhat has decided:
1. To invalidate the decision of the Kurchatov City Maslikhat dated May 22, 2025, No. 27/178-VIII "On determining the amount and list of categories of recipients of housing certificates in the city of Kurchatov, Abay Region" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 455-18).
