- Director of the State Public Utilities Enterprise with the Right of Economic Management "Kurchatov Vodokanal" of the Akimat of the City of Kurchatov, Abay Region. /KGP with the Right of Economic Management "Kurchatov Vodokanal"/
Salary, depending on length of service, from 500,000 tenge to 550,000 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: acts on the principle of one-man management and independently resolves all issues related to the enterprise's activities in accordance with its competence, as defined by the enterprise's Charter; bears personal responsibility for the financial and economic activities and the safety of the property of the state-owned enterprise; acts on behalf of the state-owned enterprise, represents its interests in all bodies, enters into contracts, issues powers of attorney, opens bank accounts and conducts other transactions, issues orders and gives instructions binding on all employees; within the limits of its competence and in accordance with labor legislation, hires and fires employees of the enterprise, applies incentive measures and imposes penalties.
