In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts," the Kurchatov City Maslikhat has decided:
1. To invalidate the Kurchatov City Maslikhat's decision of November 28, 2024, No. 23/139-VIII "On the Adjustment of Basic Land Tax Rates" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 382-18).
2. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2026, and shall be subject to official publication.
