On Approval of the Register of Public Services Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Register of Public Services" dated January 31, 2020, No. 39/НҚ (amended September 4, 2024, No. 535/НҚ).
According to the Register, 57 public services are provided by local executive bodies and subordinate organizations of the city of Kurchatov. Local executive bodies work with the following information systems: the E-Halyk information system, the E-Sobes information system, the Individual Information System for the Public Service Center, the Shanyraq Housing Queue, E-qazyna.kz, the Address Register information system, the E-Licensing information system, the Automated Information System of the State Urban Development Cadastre (AIS GGK) (automated information system of the state urban development cadastre), and the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre (ARM EGKN).
In 2025, local executive bodies in Kurchatov provided 537 public services.
Of these:
37 (6%) were provided by service providers in paper form through the chancery, but which could have been provided through the e-government web portal and/or the State Corporation;
24 (5%) were provided through the State Corporation;
476 (89%) were provided electronically: PEP - 293 (61%); E-licensing - 168 (35%); provided electronically through the service provider's information systems, either directly or through direct contact with the service recipient and manual application entry - 15 (4%).
69 refusals to provide public services were registered, all justified.
In 2025, 53 explanatory events to improve the quality of public services were posted on social media and online resources. Reached 19,921 people.
