The work of the Kurchatov Department of Culture, Language Development, Physical Education, and Sports was carried out in accordance with the plan approved by the city Akimat and was aimed at implementing the priority objectives outlined in state program documents for 2025.

Accordingly, the report on the work completed and plans for 2026 reflects specific steps to achieve the objectives outlined in the relevant Concepts.
These issues were discussed in detail at meetings of the Kurchatov Akimat and Maslikhat throughout 2025.
The network of cultural, language, and sports institutions includes: the city community center; the city library; Friendship House; Training Center; Sports Club; Children's and Youth Sports School (regional jurisdiction).
The city's Community Center's creative groups offer clubs in various genres, including choral, dance, and pop/vocal performances.
In 2025, there will be 14 creative groups, including 8 for children and 6 for adults. The total number of participants in these groups is over 200.
