Social assistance.
Since the beginning of 2025, state targeted social assistance (SASA) has covered 18 families with a total of 77 members, 53 of whom are children under 18. This includes four large families, 25 of whom are children.
The accrued SASA amount since the beginning of the year has amounted to 5,257,000 tenge. SASA payments for the year have amounted to 4,459,200 tenge.
Since the beginning of the year, the special commission coordinating the registration and accounting of citizens affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site has held 20 meetings, reviewing 27 sets of documents (one for payment and 26 for the issuance of duplicate test site certificates).
As of October 1, 2025, 495 people received social payments in the total amount of 40,643.7 thousand tenge, including: for memorable and holiday dates 475 people - 38,480.0 thousand tenge and according to applications from the local budget - 1,463.7 thousand tenge.
