1. The State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Kurchatov, Abay Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that exercises management in the field of employment and social programs in the city of Kurchatov.
2. The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution, the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
3. The Department is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has symbols and insignia (if any), seals with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and stamps with its name in Kazakh and Russian, forms of the established sample, accounts in the treasury bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The Department enters into civil law relations on its own behalf.
5. The Department has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 6. The department, on issues within its competence, in accordance with the procedure established by law, makes decisions, formalized by orders of the head and other acts stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9. The structure and staffing limit of the department are approved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
