Functional responsibilities: management in accordance with the current legislation of production, household and financial activities of the organization.

Qualification requirements for participants of the competition:

- higher professional education;

- experience in the specialty at the leading positions in the relevant profile of the organization, the economy sector has been at least 5 years.

General requirements for the contestants: knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “On anti-corruption measures”, “On state property”, “Llaw of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On Physical Culture and sports”, “On education”, “On the rights of children in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On state property”, “Labor Code”, “Budget code”,  “On state purchases”, “On state secrets”  regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations in the sphere of activity of this institution. “On ratification of the International Convention on the fight against doping in sports”; normative legal acts in the field of Physical Culture and sports; fundamentals of pedagogy, psychology, physiology; maintenance of educational and educational and training processes of athletes at various stages of training; rules and norms of safety and health labor protection, production sanitation and counter-security are protected. Other mandatory knowledge necessary for performance of functional duties.

The competition is held in accordance with the order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the rules of appointment and certification of the head of the state enterprise, as well as his candidacy agreed” from February 02, 2015 No.70.
