In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils", the composition of the working group for the formation of the Public Council (hereinafter referred to as the working group) is formed from among representatives of state bodies and on a competitive basis from among representatives of non-profit organizations, citizens in the amount of 5 people.
Representation from state bodies may not exceed one third of the total number of members of the working group. Representation from civil society is at least two thirds of the total number of members of the working group.
Citizens, representatives of non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the competition, submit the following documents within the established deadlines:
1.Application in the form according to the appendix;
2.A written proposal from a non-profit organization to nominate a candidate (if any) for membership in the working group;
3.Information on the professional and (or) social activities of the candidate;
4.A copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The deadline for submitting documents is 5 (five) working days after the date of publication of the announcement of the competition.
