On Amendments to the Decision of the Kurchatov City
Maslikhat of December 25, 2023 No. 13/76-VIІІ
"On the Election of Members of the Territorial and Precinct
Election Commissions"
In accordance with Articles 10, 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7-1) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Kurchatov City Maslikhat DECIDED:
To amend the decision of the Kurchatov City Maslikhat of December 25, 2023 No. 13/76-VIІІ "On the Election of Members of the Territorial and Precinct
Election Commissions":
to introduce into the composition of the territorial election commissions of the city of Kurchatov Amantayeva Abay Adiletuly, from the ROO "National Social Democratic Party";
to introduce to the composition of the precinct election commission No. 157 Shamiev Adlet Anuarkhanovich, from the public organization "People's Party of Kazakhstan".
This decision shall enter into force from the date of adoption.
