In accordance with Articles 73, 75 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Kurchatov City Maslikhat DECIDED:
To approve the budget of the city of Kurchatov for 2025-2027 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2, 3 respectively, including for 2025 in the following amounts:
1) revenues - 2,221,913.0 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues - 2,131,212.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax revenues - 20,013.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital - 70,688.0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts - 0.0 thousand tenge;
2) expenses - 2,221,913.0 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - -0.0 tenge, including:
budget loans - 0.0 tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0.0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0.0 tenge:
acquisition of financial assets - 0.0 tenge;
proceeds from the sale of state financial assets - 0.0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 0.0 tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (use of surplus) -
0.0 tenge:
loan receipts - 0.0 tenge;
loan repayment - 94,864.0 tenge;
budget funds used - 0.0 tenge.
Adopt for implementation for 2025 the standards for distributing revenues to the city budget for social tax, individual income tax on income taxed at the source of payment, in the amount of 100 percent, established by the decision of the Abay maslikhat region dated __________ "On the regional budget for 2025-2027" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under number _____).
Approve the reserve of the local executive body of the city for 2025 in the amount of 42,268.0 thousand tenge.
This decision shall come into effect on January 1, 2025.
