In accordance with paragraph 2-3 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 “About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 29, 2008 “About special social services”, Government decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 21, 2013 No. 504 “On approval of Model regulations social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need” (registered in the State register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the number 72682), Kurchatov city maslikhat DECIDED:
