 In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 “On legal acts”, subparagraph 8-1) of paragraph 4 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 “On education”, decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2020 No.299 “On the updated Republican budget for 2020”, the mayor’s office of Kurchatov DECIDES:
