DRAFT DECISION
On amendments to the decision of the Kurchatov City Maslikhat No. 26/162-VII dated December 28, 2022 "On the budget of the city of Kurchatov for 2023-2025"
Kurchatov City Maslikhat DECIDED:
To make the following changes to the decision of the Kurchatov City Maslikhat "On the budget of the city of Kurchatov for 2023-2025" dated December 28, 2022 No. 26/162-VII:
paragraph 1 should be stated in a new version:
"1. To approve the budget of the city of Kurchatov for 2023-2025 according to Annexes 1, 2, 3, respectively, including for 2023 in the following volumes:
1) income – 2,656,878.8 thousand tenge:
tax revenues – 1,773,309.0 thousand tenge;
non–tax receipts - 21,121.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets – 10 263.0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 852,185.8 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 2,970,165,1 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – -18 890.0 thousand tenge:
budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 18,890,0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0,0 thousand tenge:
acquisition of financial assets – 0,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – -294 396.3 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget – 294,396.3 thousand tenge:
receipt of loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of loans – 18,890,0 thousand tenge;
used balances of budget funds – 313 286.3 thousand tenge.";
paragraph 4 should be worded as follows:
"4. To provide in the city budget for 2023 targeted current transfers from the regional budget in the amount of 309,673.8 thousand tenge.";
paragraph 5 should be worded as follows:
"5. To provide in the city budget for 2023 targeted transfers for development from the regional budget in the amount of 20 000,0 thousand tenge.";
annex 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2023.
