There are 434 families on the waiting list for housing. In order to eliminate waiting lists for housing, a plan for 2020-2025 has been developed:
2020-110 families (purchase of apartments);
2021 – 0;
2022-122 families (reconstruction of 48-apartment building on Shkolnaya street 2, 64-apartment building on Tauelsizdik street 27, construction of IHS-10);
2023-101 families (reconstruction of a 64-apartment building, construction of a residential complex-10);
2024-101 families (reconstruction of a 64-apartment building, construction of a housing complex-10).
This year, it is planned to purchase 110 apartments from the private developer Urker-Vostok LLP. In 2017, an agreement was signed with Urker-Vostok LLP for the purchase of apartments in the amount of 416.772 million tenge, payment in the amount of 10.872 tenge from the city budget was made in 2018. We have provided a budget request for the allocation of funds in the amount of 405.899 million tenge from the regional budget.
It is planned to develop design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of 48-apartment building on Shkolnaya street 2, 64-apartment building on Tauelsizdik Street 27.
