The annual Address of the President of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan is one of the most significant political events in the country. In the current conditions of the ongoing global economic crisis, this Message is particularly timely and relevant.
Each new messages of the President of the country to his people is expected and has long been a milestone in the development of our state and a strategically important document. The current Message “Constructive public dialogue is the basis for stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”. The Head of state identified 5 main directions that “will ensure a confident entry into the top thirty developed countries of the world”.
In order to clarify the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed and approved a plan for outreach, approved media plan for coverage of events for the promotion in the media, and by the end of this year created a network of organizational measures on explanation of main provisions of the message.
