In 2021, the Department of Culture, Language Development, Physical Culture and Sports carried out purposeful work on planning and conducting mass cultural, sports events dedicated to state and professional holidays, to ensure public cultural and entertainment events for all segments of the population, to promote the Kazakh national culture and the culture of other peoples of Kazakhstan.
