About modification of the decision of the Kurchatov city maslikhat
No.21/169-VI “On approval of the Rules
providing social assistance, setting the amount
and defining the list of individual categories
citizens in need” dated June 20, 2018
In accordance with paragraph 2-3 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 “About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 29, 2008 “About special social services”, Government decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No.504 “On approval of the Standard rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens”, Kurchatov city maslikhat DECIDED:
To contribute to the solution of Kurchatov city maslikhat from June 20, 2018 No.21/169-VI “About approval of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens” (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No.5-3-126 published in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form July 18, 2018) following change:
the Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens:
1) add the following sub-item 14) to section 2 of item 7: “14 children with HIV”.
2) paragraph 2 of subparagraph 10 of Chapter 2 should be worded as follows:
“10. the Maximum amount of social assistance is 226.330 monthly calculated indicators”;
3) in subparagraph 4) of paragraph 11:
paragraph 1 should read as follows: “participants and invalids of the great Patriotic war – 226. 330 monthly calculation indicators, as well as additional 37. 722 monthly calculation indicators from the local budget”;
in paragraph 5, replace the number “35” with the number “37.722”;
in paragraph 6, replace the number “35” with the number “37.722”;
in paragraph 7, replace the number “25” with the number “28.292”;
in paragraph 8, replace the number “4.5” with the number “16.032”.
11 of the following content:
“persons of the Soviet Army, Navy, troops and internal Affairs and state security bodies of the former USSR who held regular positions in military units, headquarters, institutions that were part of the active army during the great Patriotic war, or who were in the corresponding periods in cities, participation in the defense of which was counted until January 1, 1998 in the length of service for calculating pensions on preferential terms established for military units of the active army – 37.722 monthly calculation indices”;
wives (husbands) of deceased invalids of the great Patriotic war who did not enter into another marriage; wives (husbands) deceased participants of the great Patriotic war, partisans, underground workers, citizens who were awarded the medal “for the defense of Leningrad” and the sign “To a Resident of besieged Leningrad”, recognized as disabled as a result of General illness, labor injury and other causes (except for illegal ones), who did not enter into another marriage – 37.722 monthly calculation indices”.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
