About making changes and additions in the resolution of the mayor's office of the city Kurchatov dated June 12, 2018 No.724 “About Rules of rendering social assistance determine the size and definitions of list of selected categories of needy citizens”

In accordance with sub-paragraph 24) of paragraph 1 of article 31 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 “About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, akimat of the city of Kurchatov DECIDED:

  1. To make the decision of akimat of the city of Kurchatov of June 12, 2018, No.724 “About Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needy citizens” the following changes and additions:

In the Annex to this decree:

Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens:

  • add the following sub-item 14) to section 2 of item 7: “14) children with HIV”.
  • paragraph 2 of paragraph 10 of Chapter 2 should be worded as follows:

“10. the Maximum amount of social assistance is 226,330 monthly calculated indicators”;

  • in subparagraph 4) of paragraph 11:

paragraph 1 should read as follows: “participants and invalids of the great Patriotic war – 226. 330 monthly calculation indicators, as well as additional 37. 722 monthly calculation indicators from the local budget”;

in paragraph 5, replace the number “35” with the number “37.722”;

in paragraph 6, replace the number “35”  with the number “37.722”;

in paragraph 7, replace the number “25” with the number “28.292”;

in paragraph 8, replace the number “4.5” with the number “16.032”.

  • add paragraphs 10 to paragraph 11 of Chapter 2, sub-paragraph 4)

11 follows:

“persons of civilian structure of the Soviet Army, Navy, forces and organs of internal Affairs and state security of the former USSR, who held established posts in military units, staffs and institutions that were part of the army during the great Patriotic war, or were in the corresponding period in cities, participation in which defense is counted to January 1, 1998 to years of service for calculation of pension on benefit recipient established for servicemen of units of the army – 37.722 MCI”

wives (husbands) of deceased invalids of the great Patriotic war who did not enter into another marriage; wives (husbands) deceased participants of the great Patriotic war, partisans, underground workers, citizens who were awarded the medal “for the defense of Leningrad” and the sign “to a Resident of besieged Leningrad”, recognized as disabled as a result of General illness, labor injury and other reasons (except for illegal ones), who did not enter into another marriage – 37.722 monthly calculation indices”

  1. The head of SI “Department of employment and social programs of Kurchatov city” (Abdikarimov M.) to introduce modified Rules for approval of Kurchatov town maslikhat in accordance with the Annex to the present resolution.
  2. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the Deputy mayor of the city of Kurchatov - N.T. Koshkarbayev
