In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 4) of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2002 "On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities", subparagraph 3-1) of paragraph 2 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2005 "On Social protection of disabled persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 25, 2021 No. 84 "On certain issues of public services in the social and labor sphere", the Akimat of Kurchatov DECIDES:
