In the city, the mechanism of housing construction is carried out by purchasing ready-made housing from private developers in the direction of "Housing for MIO waiting lists".
We have submitted a budget application for the purchase of 45 apartments. This year, 237.492 million tenge was allocated for the purchase of 64 apartments, of which 34 apartments were converted for 14 large families in the amount of 168.404 million tenge.
Design and estimate documentation has been developed for the reconstruction of a 48-apartment residential building on 2 Shkolnaya Street.
There are problems in terms of providing heat supply to reconstructed houses, due to the lack of installed boiler capacity. The proposal on the need to build a new boiler house is not supported.
