As of October 1, 2021, 221 persons with disabilities live in the city of Kurchatov, of which disabled people of group 1 – 24 people (including 9 wheelchair users), disabled people of group 2 - 83 people (including 3 wheelchair users), 3 groups - 83 people, disabled children under 16 - 31 (including 3 wheelchair users).
Home front workers - 34 people (including 3 people - wives, deceased WWII invalids who have the status of a home front worker).
