On amendments to the decision Kurchatov city maslikhat dated December 25, 2019 No.37/286-VI “On the budget of Kurchatov city for 2020-2022”

     In accordance with Article 109 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, by the decision of the East Kazakhstan regional maslikhat dated March 13, 2020 No.00/000-00 “On amendments to the decision of the East Kazakhstan regional maslikhat dated December 13, 2019 No.35/389-VI “On the regional budget for 2020-2022” (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under the number 6427), the Kurchatov city maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. Make the following changes to the decision of the Kurchatov city maslikhat No.37/286-VI dated December 25, 2019 “On the budget of Kurchatov city for 2020-2022” (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under the number 6501, published on January 15, 2020 in the Reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form):
