In accordance with subparagraph 2) paragraph 2 of Article 365 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 02, 2021, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 and paragraph 4 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the Kurchatov City Maslikhat DECIDED:
