In accordance with subparagraph 24) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Kurchatov City Maslikhat DECIDED:
