Over the years of independence, Kazakhstan has created a solid foundation for a social state. Kazakhstan's achievements during the years of independence were made possible thanks to the correct and well-balanced constitutional policy pursued from the first days of independence by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-the Leader of the Nation N. A. Nazarbayev, who is rightfully considered the founder of the independent state.
